Had a great experience at Royal Leaf. The staff at the front were super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. Quick service, and I appreciated how patient and informative they were when answering my questions. The shop felt clean and organized. Only note, the front signage could be easier to spot, though I heard they're working on it. Overall, solid visit.
4 thursdays i was told to return for a specific product not once they got it. everywhere else in town had it so it was available. "cheapest in town" but only products are more expensive alternatives to usuals. Service quality can vary depending on the employee.
Honestly one of the most frustrating experiences I've had at a shop like this. The selection is way smaller than you'd expect, and half the time they don't even have basic stuff in stock. I've gone in multiple times looking for simple things like single prerolls and they just don't carry them, which is pretty inconvenient. There have also been weeks where they were completely out of disposable pens, which makes it feel like they're not really on top of their inventory at all. The manager comes across as rude and dismissive, like customers are more of a bother than anything else. Instead of being helpful, the attitude just makes the whole experience uncomfortable.
Came here for two months, low selection, difficult customer service, the girls and white kid are lovely dispite selection. cant get over both darker men, not helpful and seemed short each time. just drive to grass station smh
Roll into this shop and say High to Shivangi. Ask about how you can help bring the culture back to our industry by avoiding those brands that take shortcuts and remediate their products. Support those brands that take the time to do things right.
