Always friendly and knowledgeable staff. I can always find a gem or two.
Charged me twice yesterday, it said approved the first time and said declined after. They asked me to pay again saying it didn't go through, and I reluctantly did. Checked my bank when I got home, since I was unable to at the store, and sure enough 2 charges.
Went across town today to get a refund and they wouldn't refund me directly and need to contact their bank to reverse the charge.
Very disappointed as I knew I had been charged already, and I needed that money.
Will not return.

We just relocated from Alberta to Vernon area and Michelle made us feel so welcome! She was attentive and went above and beyond to find a product we regularly use back home!
