The young man at the counter was too busy chatting to help customers. The kiosks wouldn't load so I couldn't even shop for what I wanted while I waited for the salesman to acknowledge my existence. Gave up, Went to another store (there are 3 others in town) and got what I wanted no problem!
Got helped by Cody, amazing place, amazing atmosphere, made a free membership and am excited to return
Very professional. Rectified my issue. I wish I had known that I was only registering for the promotions and not for the tool warranty. I was a little testy and frustrated. The team fixed me up and explained it all. Great work!
