Staff are all amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful with reasonable prices as well
I travel from Surrey just to make some purchases from them due to being cordial and friendly
Bad layout and rude staff. When I asked questions I was told a "regular would know the answer" looking over other reviews it is the same staff member being rude to people over the last year.
