I just went in and wearing headphones with the volume up full blast. Despite the barrier I created for myself to deal with city noise, I could hear the terrible music in the shop booming past my headphones.
I asked the woman in the shop to turn it off(no one else in the store). She looked at me like I asked for a free ounce and said she'd turn it down but not off. I asked if she could turn it way down. She gave me a, 'why are you asking me' look.... then I saw it turning into an argument so I left. Why shop with such a disrespectful person working there.
Just an FYI..you are selling medical herb ..I have a hearing disability. I don't want to hear garbage booming at me while I'm trying to have a relaxing shopping experience.
Plus it smelled like toxic chemicals had been sprayed recently ... or maybe it's a gross air freshener..
Bad smell, bad noise, bad attitude.
There is a great Native dispensery on Gerard at Bay St. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere with a chill employee.
Very welcoming. Extremely knowledgeable. One of the best shops I be encountered.
Amazing store! The space is so much better than you would expect. They have great variety of products and the staff is very nice and knowledgeable
First time shopping today, warm friendly cool vibes staff & amazing selection! ❤️:)
I got extremely poor service from one of the staff, emailed the store to complain, and never heard back. I would have been happy to resolve my complaint privately but ok, I'll leave a terrible review
