They promote the fact they open at 7am. Was there today at 8:30 am. CLOSED. No sign, no explanation and no one answered the phone. Don't trust their listed opening hours.

Had a great experience at the location on Rogers Road A few weeks back. The staff was very polite and very welcoming at the store. Chris was also very informative on options for products in the store as well as very knowledgable on the store selection, which made everything a lot easier.
Came to Matchbox for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. Prices were decent and the customer service was excellent. Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks Matchbox I will definitely be returning
