Went in to return a vape cart that was burnt but still over half full. The girl working laughs and says "so your returning it cause it tastes bad?" I said well its clearly burnt and showed the wick that had turned black in spots. She claimed shed get the manager but that they dont refund burnt carts. More of a headsup as other stores in town are great for it and specifically tell you if its burnt bring it back!
Went in last week and was ignored by the girl on till. Seemed to preoccupied with her phone to greet a customer. Had a few simple questions about packaging dates which seemed to be too much to ask of the staff as the attitude immediately shifted. Purchased some prerolls only to find the % did not at all match what was shown. Asked a staff member about it and you would have thought it was a personal attack. Will not be returning. Maybe hire some people that arnt miserable "amanda" if you don't wanna work customer service don't. This was not at all the way you treated my boyfriend when he went in for products. Hmm
The long time staff are awesome, always friendly and rioe with knowledge. They always make it a pleasure to shop there. Best store in terrace
Went in was ignored. When the man came to help, he was rolling his eyes like a little girl. First time in store . ,last time also. I'm a senior and got no respect. If he is manager, he should keep his disrespect to himself. Unsatisfied.
