Lady at the front is unnecessarily over zealous. Hate the service here but the products are good. If you want better options and better service you should go to one plant or tokyo smoke right down the road
When I got my package of concentrates came out hot , which tells me they don't store them in a fridge or freezer , like they should , my concentrate was seriously degraded due to that fact I will be buying concentrate somewhere else from now on
Came here may 27th the cashier gave amazing customer service. Am satisfied with my purchase as well 10 out of 10 exsprience. Would come back again.

This place out of stock a lot and takes weeks to re up and you half vist ten times to save only five bucks that's ridiculous 😞
