I wish there was a way to see who was working before going inside.
Other reviews are accurate. Absolutely wild they let half the staff here stay.
Bald headed guy Craig is completely unprofessional. Always on his phone. He can be incredibly rude.
Blonde woman needs to take some retail classes. Has no clue what she's talking about. Constantly complaining about her job and coworkers to customers. I don't want to hear it. At her age, you'd think she'd know better.
Corporate really needs to fire those two because I can guarantee they're losing LOTS of sales.
I've started going elsewhere because I'm sick and tired of their attitudes.
Half the staff at this store either need to be retrained or fired.
The bald guy is incredibly condescending and rude. Half the time I've come in, he's talking on his cell phone. Very professional.
The blonde older woman has no place in customer service. The way she talks to customers is appalling. I don't care to hear her talk negatively about her coworkers and your boss when I'm there just to buy weed. And if you don't check, she'll sell you the wrong thing and then give you attitude when you bring it up.
Don't bother contacting the company though, because they don't care. They'll probably get this review removed too.
The younger guy and dark haired girl are great though and would be the only reason I'd come back.

Have gone both durung day & evening and never a issue, the location is good but definitely has inconvenient parking sometimes and only 1 access in and out
Giving 2 stars because while the shop is nice, the staff member working tonight was unprofessional. I understand the 'third-party sale' rules, but there's no reason to be snappy and dismissive towards me. When my partner realized he forgot his ID, I tried to make a separate purchase with my own valid ID. The worker was condescending and gave me a major attitude instead of just professionally explaining the policy. I even wished him a good night and got nothing back. Plenty of other shops in the area have the same legal rules but much better vibes and manners.
Latest experience here, evening of 11/1. Blonde girl with glasses sure has a poor attitude. I brought in a cartridge I bought literally the day before, it was defective. Explained to her my situation. She sat there without moving a muscle and just asked me to come in tomorrow because she wanted to test the Cart and it was near closing time. I said no one has tested them in the past? I'm here now I'm not gonna make another trip. She then explain to me that she has a different procedure to do returns than the other staff. WHAT. That literally doesn't make sense. I questioned her and she just said "fine I'll do it this time" I thanked her and told her I appreciated it. (A defective product is never the customers fault) And wished her a good night. Her response?: "Yup." I get it's the end of your shift but holy I would never want her representing my business.
