Heather is so freaking amazing. Came in not knowing what I wanted and left feeling like I'd just had a TED Talk from the Gandalf of cannabis. Absolute legend. She somehow managed to be hilarious, super knowledgeable, and patient while I stood there only wanting some Super Toast. Customer service was so good I almost asked if she does life coaching too. Give her a raise, a trophy, and probably a nap for dealing with customers like me. Going to enjoy my Adults Only cart now while enjoying some Adults Only entertainment.
I love going into this store. The vibe is always on point and the people who work there are so helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. Hurricane helped me today andrecommended a dynamite disposable vape today ( Sticky Greens Pink Flamingo! 😍🤤) and was lovely to engage with as always.
I also always enjoy my time spent with Amber, Jolene, Heather, Orlando, and Rob. It's a great crew- I wouldn't bother to learn names otherwise. 😂
I've been to quite a few smoke shops, but this one honestly stands out. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was super welcoming and relaxed—none of that awkward pressure you sometimes get. The staff were really knowledgeable and actually took the time to answer my questions without rushing me or trying to upsell everything in sight.
Their selection is solid too. Whether you're looking for something simple or more high-end, they've got a good range and everything seems well organized and legit. You can tell they care about quality.
What really made it for me though was how genuine the experience felt. It didn't feel like just another quick stop—it felt like they actually value their customers and want you to leave satisfied.
Definitely going back, and I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a good, reliable smoke shop
