I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Canna Cabana location. The staff seemed completely disengaged and barely knew anything about the products they sell.I waited 10 minutes just to ask for a specific strain I saw on their website, only for the employee to come back and blankly tell me they didn't have it. Then, a female employee approached to ask if I needed anything else. When I told her I needed to look at the digital menu, she claimed the menu screen wasn't working. I walked over to check anyway, and it worked perfectly fine.After finding an alternative on the screen, I waited another 10 minutes, only for the first guy to tell me they didn't have that one either. Instead of offering actual help or checking inventory properly, he just asked if I wanted something else.By that point, I was too exhausted to keep guessing what was actually in stock. As I turned to look at the menu one last time, the employee sarcastically said, "Have a great day," acting as if he just wanted to shoo me out of the store so I left.It felt like they actively did not want me there. Terrible service, zero product knowledge, and a complete waste of time !

Great location in Buffalo Run! The store is clean, bright, and well-organized. Staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help you find exactly what you need. Fast service and unbeatable prices. Highly recommend stopping by!
I've been coming to this location for quite some time, but today I had a very disappointing experience and, unfortunately, I won't be returning. It was clearly my turn, yet I was overlooked and another customer was served ahead of me. When I raised the issue, the staff responded rudely instead of offering an apology or addressing the situation professionally. I'm very disappointed—what happened to the first-come, first-served policy?
The workers seemed to think all infused joints came in blunt paper. Or they didnt understand that when I said I didnt like blunt paper that doesn't mean I dont like thicker papers, just not blunt papers.
The elite membership thing is also a weird choice to me.
At least I got a broken coast joint to break up into my bong.
I used to avoid this store because it was super unorganized and kinda stressful to shop in 😅 so I took a long break from coming here. Especially cause i like to be in & out quite fast. But I went back today and HELLOOOO ✨ Everything is clean and the whole vibe feels great and cared for. I got what i needed and i was in and out quite quickly. No stress. You can tell the team really put their hearts into a better experience. People seem genuinely happier.
