I'm very happy with my purchases. I wasn't sure what I would get but Natasha helped me out with my purchases and described everything to me.
Deandre is the best. Never makes you feel rushed or if you're not knowledgeable about a certain product he'll take his time and explain its benefits and effects for you. Won't make you feel dumb for not knowing about a product you're buying. Never makes you feel rushed. The feeling you get when you walk in and see him is like oh we in good hands big bro is here. He's the best even when there's a line up ppl know just chill and wait cause by the time you turn around and look back lines gone and your being served. Need more budtenders like him not just there for the cash but enjoys himself doing his work.
I've only been giving them business since they opened, seems to good to be true but it's an actual small local shop with prices that beat oneplant and other value cannabis stores. Small staff and they're all hella chill. I live a 5 min walk away so I want this business to last as long as I live 😂
This is the only cannabis store which opens at 7 in the morning. Great collection. No cheap quality product. Stuffs are friendly & knowledgeable. Clean store. Highly recommended!!
I am very disappointed with The Happy Cannasseur Cannabis - Pickering. The overall experience was poor and the environment did not feel well maintained. The area around the store was not clean, and there was garbage nearby, which gave a very bad impression.
For a business that serves customers, especially in Canada where cleanliness and professionalism are expected, this level of neglect is unacceptable. The place felt disorganized and not properly managed.
I hope the management takes serious action to improve cleanliness, service quality, and overall customer experience.
