Q'nia at OP in Pickering was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, she was patient with me, jokingly put me at ease and offered many suggestions.
July 10 930 . Kid behind the counter has major attitude. Didn't even look in my direction when I was inquiring about a certain item . Turned his back to me and statement talking to the person in the back . It seemed very difficult for him to provide any customer service. . Pure attitude. If I see him in there again I won't be buying from that store. I have been a long time patron of one plant.
Chelsea made me feel so comfortable today when I visited the store. She is a warm, incredibly friendly person and I will be going back to this One Plant because of her! She deserves recognition for her great customer service, clear communication and overall interpersonal skills. Big shout out to Chelsea! Thanks for making my visit a very positive experience.
