Aiden went above and beyond; he made the whole shopping experience less stressful, even suggesting different types of bulk packages, which saved me in the end. Will definitely be back ☺️
One plant is my go to dispo for the past couple years and they're always great with selection, today I went to get a new cart and I got helped out by Andrew and Sierra and they were by far the best two people ive had the pleasure of meeting inside a location, super friendly and knowledgeable, all around great people I would recommend 100%! 10/10
To be fair, this is the only store I shop at, each experience has been fantastic. The staff are knowledgeable, easy to talk to and have always been friendly and professional.
The individual we had saturday was a pure gem. Started off being the only ones in the store, became the 5th in line, remained patient because our server was helping us while we were still also deciding. Taking care of the entire store in a timely fashion. Great work under pressure, with top tier advice.
2 staff at the front today were super rude. Told me they didn't wanna hear my life story. 0 customer service . will not be back. No knowledge about weed at all selling over 1 years old cannabis ..manager was nice thankfully
