First visit to Kushys & I was genuinely impressed. Knowledgeable, patient staff who truly listen, even when you're not explaining yourself clearly. Fully stocked store, calm welcoming vibe, and the support dog was the perfect touch.
I stopped in while managing post-surgery pain & preparing for a medical road trip in a snowstorm, & they made the experience easy & stress-free. I'll absolutely be back. Highly recommend.
good prices and staff
Store will refuse to exchange broken / faulty products they sell you and will instruct you to contact the companies directly.
While this can be understood in some circumstances, as a blanket policy, it is incredibly anti-consumer.
I was refused an exchange on a faulty barely used vape, and now have to endure what will likely be a series of painful emails with a company that will take weeks to rectify the issue.
Will not be going again.
