Ordered "east coast sour diesel" indica they gave me chemdawg sativa instead get home and notice said it's whatever then to my surprise I opened the bag and it's a bag of dried out ruined weed with no moisture pack in it to which I attempted calling them several times to question it and to see if they would replace the bag of weed with one that isn't dried out and crumble on my fingers
Great spot when most other employees are there but there's one lady who continues to be a nuisance when I come in on my own or with friends. Expired ID doesn't change the fact she's still of age! I'm barely ever asked my ID because I go in so often, what's the difference?

The menu book, that has the product they have in stock etc listed, is not kept up-to-date. The %'s (THC) they have are usually incorrect. If you neglect to ask what the % is, which you shouldn't have to do when you have the book there, then, you are quite likely to get the wrong %. There's a quick fix to that! Don't be so damn lazy and update your books. Thay use an excel program. Sheesh! Get with the times and get an online ordering system like the rest of the dispensaries. This is poor service! A failing grade indeed.
