The short one with the glasses has given me the worst service I've ever received. I've gone years to this store and never had an issue until she started working there. One incident she tells me im not allowed to be on my phone and tells me to leave when i ask her why and say im un familiar with that ever being a policy in. Any dispensary not to be on your phone. Then today, i try to make an exchange which she tells me no to immediately, i asked to speak to her manager she says she is the manager or "supervisor" and to deal with it with her. I explain the situation multiple times saying the person did not give me the right product and am here for the right one with the recipe and product and package ( something an employee told me i needed before when i had to do this once already because they ahve no staff so they too gave me the wrong product already last week) i had no issue when this had cured to me before, the other employees have done the exchange for me no problem (i only had to do it once before since they just hired new people last week like i said separate time, separate product) So im not sure why she was not capable to do the exchange and instead was argumentative once again. After trying to escort me to leave for trying to get her to do a simple exchange and i ask her why, she says to speak to the manager (I thought she was the manager ) she also check my account trying to tell me that i made multiple exchanges this past week since the one i already told ..
Amy and Brownie ALWAYS do such a GREAT job accommodating me, very helpful. I've been an Elite Member for over a year now, it's always a great experience!! Definitely 10/10 recommend!
