This place has been going down hill for the past year, Piss poor management that keeps getting rewarded for its incompetence.
From orders not being placed at Christmas so they had no stock. Closing early when we as "loyal Customers" were told would never happen. The staff are never pleasant like they use to be .. today July 11th 2026 they were not open at 9:00am I waited outside till 9:10 when I thought someone had shown up but they never got out of there car. So I left. Went to Stash co. Drove past at 9:20am still not open. Customers still walking away.
Yet they keep rewarding incompetence.
Go to Stash co at Thorton/hwy2, Staff are pleasant and there prices are better. For the extra litre of gas.
I've been a loyal customer since this place opened. But no more. I've had enough
And to think I applied to work there.
Been a frequent costumer of this particular shop and every staff is friendly. Prices are competitive, product selection is plentiful and the location is easily accessible by bus, bike, car and even walking if you are in the neighborhood. The location is also near a Tim Hortons, Pet Value, a convenience store, and a pub. Always a pleasure to visit this location when it comes to my Cannabis needs.
Tarynn was the most unbelievable help today while I was dealing with a little back injury. On a previous visit, I had been told they offer free delivery, and since I'm not tech-savvy at all, Tarynn helped me every step of the way. She made the whole shopping experience so much easier and stress-free.
Tarynn, you are an absolute rock star. I'll be telling everybody about you, and hopefully there will be a lineup at the door to see you! Thank you for going above and beyond with kindness, patience, and support.
I always have a good experience at Ganjika House on Thornton & Rossland but Jazzmin really made this visit stand out. I came in looking for a specific strain (with zero clue where to start, as usual), and she somehow managed to read my mind and point me in the perfect direction. Not only that, but she casually mentioned a sale I had no idea about… so I left with exactly what I needed and saved a bit of money, which honestly feels like winning a tiny lottery today. Great vibes, great service, and again shoutout to Jazzmin for being both knowledgeable and genuinely kind.
Just went to Ganjika and I was immediately greeted by Anne. I have to say the experience is always consistent and better nd expectations. Anne is always in a great mood and she's passionate when serving customers and discussing products. Always a pleasure and awesome experience. Thanks Anne, Jazz, Tarynn
