Been a customer since they opened. You can sure tell new owners have taken over, absolutely no flower selection anymore, any they obviously don't smoke because what they do order is completely washed out. Value buds it is! Or midnapore location.
Harshit helped me and it was the absolute worst service.
Could barely understand a word he said but managed to make out when I heard him say " people that smoke weed are drug addicts " to another staff member - why do you even work at a dispensary if this is what you think? Honestly blew my mind, won't be coming back.
Absolute worst company to buy from! They hire burnouts to work for them and they can't even get a simple order right. And their customer service do not care about how the service went when I reported it to them.
I ordered online from their website and saw a picture of what I was purchasing. When I opened the package, it wasn't the item that I ordered and I had to pay more for an extra piece that I didn't even want. I sent their customer service line a picture and all the details, because that's what they asked for, and they ended up ghosting me. They didn't care that they screwed up and extorted more money from me. They got their sale and that's all that matters.
It's sad going in to buy something and you're greeted by a red eyed, squinting adult who you know is high, and they can't find what you ask for, or they struggle to make change because they are too high to count. It's constant at this store and not worth supporting. There are others in the town that I will be going to because their staff are clear headed, and always very helpful even when they make a mistake. Hopefully this one closes shop and a better company takes its place.

I went into the store today and the blonde cashier completely ignored me, like i wast even there. she helped about three people who where there before me and when it was my turn she ignored me and went to help some girls around her age. She then started to process a return at no point acknowledged me. so i just went to another weed shop. I've never seen customer service like this before and i'm incredibly annoyed. I've never left a review in my life but honestly it feels needed in this case.
10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Literally, go to any other cannabis store than this one. Over the last year and half, this store has gone down hill majorly. I use to be a loyal client up until Nicole left about a year and a bit ago. I use to go out of my way to shop here, but often find myself going up the hill to Dank over the last year.
The staff are not knowledgeable, and often come across as rude or annoyed they have to help you. I tried to speak with management but was brushed off.
