Given the wrong product came back five minutes later got told I can't return it. I have to call head office. I showed him a picture of the product that I wanted. The lady said she understood gave me the wrong product but still won't return it. I will never go back there and anybody I speak to will be told never to go there again the worst service in my life Get old too bad I'm sorry there's nothing I can do
This is my 2nd favourite dispensory in town. The staff are friendly, attentive and, for the most part, very knowledgeable. The loyalty program is one of the best. The store is clean, neat and bright enough to see everything clearly. I like that they have a monitor set up which shows listings of products.
Prices are too high, they don't show any care towards customers and are unwilling to do anything beyond what they are paid to do. I had concerns about a product not being correct and was most likely a single defective pre roll seemed very poorly packaged and when I voiced my concerns about a possible package error, they said flat out , well we didn't package it so we aren't responsible. Really, all I was trying to do was ensure something wasn't being sold that others would lose money on. So I will not be visiting this place again. So many others will gladly guarantee your satisfaction and Ofer discounts or even exchange for same product. So in summation go elsewhere unless you like being treated rudely
Very friendly staff, also very knowledgeable about the products they carry.
Friendly service. Excellent location. Even though I don't smoke eat or like pot and Marijuana I come for the experience to get "high" without having to purchase anything. And just to say 'hi' to my friends who work there.
