Every time I've gone in I've gotten great customer service!
Was the worst experience I've ever had at a weed shop. Went in there and they seemed really chill at first, he helped us pick out some flower (that me and my wife were very excited to smoke) then when we went to pay he asked for our photo id which is fair obviously, my wife showed him her drivers license (she is 25 I'm 21) then I realized I had forgotten my wallet in my semi. So he said he could "probably" still sell it to us if I showed him a picture of my drivers license and he hummed and hawed and was like nah i still can't sell to you guys. So just my wife went in a few minutes later with her id and still wouldn't sell to her. Overall it was a waisted trip to town, very unprofessional… cheers I guess cuz now I'll be cruising a few instead of getting high 😕.
Go to reds cannabis across the street, they never let me down or waist my time always a g experience there…. Unlike 5 buds
Unreal great customer service and good products!
Been going there since they opened. I buy ALOT of bud. Normally I like it. But today I went in a hurry. Knew what I wanted. Got a clerk trying to be cute and asked for ID. I'm almost 50. I get it , I should have it on me and I'd understand if it was just them being strict But what it was , was joke. They did because they had a witty meme sign joking about card
ing old people. So I walked and bought across the street. I won't go back to 5 buds. My time and money is not worth the joke
As always with 5buds the nipawin location is what I expect. Friendly and knowledgeable staff aswell as great product, cannabis and accessories.
