Great place to shop if you like fake smiles & the high strung energy of a car dealership. The level of buttoned-up fakeness they force their employees to embody is truly something to behold. The desperate energy of whoever is replying to every single review is hilarious, asking customers to "chat with the team" about how to improve the experience. You could start by not treating your employees like they're raking in six figure salaries.

Love the staff, the decorations, the popcorn, and the book library.
Usually I go to TrueNorth as its just closer for me but after tonight, I'll make the trip up to Pop's everytime. Not only did the very nice woman help me pick the perfect downstem ( I didnt know the size I needed). She also noticed I had newly purchased muzzle for my dog. Out of pure kindness, she legit taught me how to use it properly, as I had 0 clue and was so nervous to use it. Not even 20 minutes home and the dog is happily eating treats from it. Straight up above and beyond outstanding service. Thank you so much!! 🍻
