Grace is a very sweet and knowledgeable young lady, all of the staff are great and have what I need mostly every time, if not they dont they do suggest a product similar and I have been happy every single time. Thank you, Kim.
Don't usually leave reviews but location was big, clean, and stocked. Destiny (I believe that's her name sorry if I'm wrong) was super helpful and sweet. Not from Ottawa but if I ever come back, would definitely visit again!
Really great store that sells a pretty big variety. Almost always has my usual and stock. Staff is friendly and helpful. I like their prices with the member discount. They also the offer a student discount on Wednesdays which is nice!
I went to this store last Saturday night and bought a pack containing 2 one-gram joints. When I opened the container later, there was only 1 inside.
I went back to the store and they acknowledged the issue. They offered me a 10% discount on a new purchase, but personally I do not think that was an appropriate resolution considering I paid for a product that was missing.
Just a heads up for anyone shopping here: double check your products before leaving the store, especially sealed containers, because if something is missing you may end up paying for something you never received.
Abbey was great! She was friendly and very knowledgeable. First time being there. I went in for CBD for back pain & she showed me lots of options and gave me recommendations.
