Best customer service from the lady working there last evening at 4pm. You don't see service like that very often these days. We had some great chats, especially since I'm from Alberta.
The Worst experience I have had with a Nanaimo Business in 25 years. This is my first time writing a 1 star review and feel terrible doing so, and for the privacy of the company I won't publicly disclose what happened. All I can say is please no one support or go to a business like this.

The young lady I believe her name was maddie consistently provides excellent customer service everytime I'm in. She's always welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful, making every visit a positive experience. She has a natural ability to make customers feel valued and comfortable while still being efficient and knowledgeable. Her positive attitude is contagious, and it's one of the reasons I always enjoy coming in. Maddie is a real asset to the team and I'm glad I have the opportunity for her to help me each time I come in.
