WORST STORE EVER!
TODAY on MAY 13th 2026
i paid for an order early in the day at way before 4pm for a delivery to be dropped off that same day.
I Waited around all day when I got home from work and this order NEVER CAME on the time stamp of the order i PAID FOR.
I proceeded to call this store location and the person at the till said "this order was NOT placed before 5:30pm today. that is why YOUR ORDER was not being delivered today, then i proved time stamped purchases prior to 5:30pm and then he has the NERVE to LIE to me and be completely RUDE and arrogant and tell me that there was a glitch in the system and my order was NOT being delivered"
I told them I work in a shipping and receiving job position daily, i know time frames and orders very well.
i then told this staff member from MOOD cannabis that my payday wasn't for another 2 weeks and this order was important for sleep aid and stress relief and the "STAFF"
was NOT HELPFUL and VERY RUDE!
I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY HERE OR GIVE THEM MY PRECIOUS TIME.
I AM VERY ANGRY AND UPSET how i was treated and talked to by such rude and arrogant lazy staff making up false excuses about NOT placing the order before 5:30pm and then proceed to lie about a glitch in a system...such disappointing and rude service. NEVER WILL I SHOP HERE AGAIN!
Was created by a woman with a brown couch looking jacket lol (We joked about it). She was nice and knowledgeable. She cleaned my battery for me as the connection was funky. Thank you, 5 stars, keep wearing that jacket.
We drive 20 minutes out of our way to come to this Mood. The customer service is immaculate and everyone genuinely cares. Today there was a mixup with our debit cards and they were so very kind about it. Thank you to the three dudes who made our days a lot brighter
Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Always a great experience here!
