I've been going here for years now and it's been pretty good! Prices and selection are good as anywhere. But its local and convenient.
There were always two lads running the place. The one guy with the long black hair is always super friendly and helpful. The other dude kind of gave off jerky vibes sometimes, but no biggie.
Now this new guy, with the painted nails... Everytime I go in he makes me feel like an asshole. Like I'm an inconvenience for shopping there. That's on top of him being seemingly comatose on the ganj. I really hate to say this but I want small businesses to succeed.
Needless to say, I hesitate going in every time now.
As mentioned before, very rude employees.
I guess business is so good they can afford to act like that. I stopped purchasing at this shop because of that and they only deal in cheap strains. Refuse to bring in better because "they won't sell as fast" . Go to High Cannabis across #2 highway, no attitude there, and prices are very close as Oz doesn't include taxes in on website
** In response, the saying "too little, too late" relates to your business. You can't get away with being rude, condescending and patronizing to people and expect no repercussions. There are enough reviews addressing this issue, so it's not just a one off. Where there is smoke there is fire, no pun intended.

I went in to get a disposable vape was sold the wrong product I only noticed it once I got home I went back to the store that night and the employee behind the counter was very rude and argumentative so I asked when the manager would be in he said Sunday so I went in a spoke the the manager and he refused to helped me so I threw away $37 be very careful times are tough don't be like me and have to throw away $37
Poor service. Have not been back for two years. Will never shop there again!
