Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Decent selection of products. This isn't the store I usually visit while I'm in Moncton, but I'm glad I visited. Got some good recommendations.
i wanted to give less then 1 star but this is the only option available i been their loyal coustomer for an year or so and by no chance i look under 30 and the lady asked me to present my id and refused to service me thanks guys u lost an coustomer
Wouldnt accept my i.d even tho im almost 40. If they card anyone that looks under 30, whats the point of the legal age being 19?
I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The staff refused to accept my ID simply because it was not in English or French. I understand rules may exist, but the way it was handled made me feel unwelcome and treated differently because I am not from here.
It was frustrating and embarrassing. As a customer, I expected respectful service and clear communication, but instead I felt dismissed. This made me question whether everyone is treated equally.
Overall, the service was poor, and the experience left me very disappointed.
The rep was awesome very quick and easy to deal with shop is a bit smaller tho. Regardless would go back! He had great suggestions and listened well
