Had my order ready even before I walked in the door saw me outside. These guys are amazing the one place to go for excellent service extremely friendly staff.
The staff here is lazy and not knowledgeable. Prices are way higher than every other dispensary. Customer service sucks, also they close at 10:45pm when every other dispensary is 11pm why be lazy and not stay open for the other 15 mins? People get off work late and need that extra time to grab their products. Avoid at all costs, not just this location but all one plant locations are a disgrace to the cannabis industry. There lots of better options, COST CANNABIS IS RIGHT DOWN THE STREET, they stay open til 11pm and have a happy hour from 10pm til close and they have way more product and customer service is elite! If I could give them -3 stars at one plant I wouldn't t hesitate.
Kaitlyn was very helpful and had a great disposition. She helped me with what I needed quickly and was very nice about it.
i don't think i've ever been to this One Plant location and had a bad experience - the workers in there are so knowledgeable, helpful, funny and kind! they do customer service SO well and i go out of my way to come to this location for the staff :)
They once were 5 star then they got too cool and their actual customer service is trash try to find a way to contact them you can't...But annoying to get texts to review after each time you leave. 🙄 🙌🏼
