The manager has done an EXCELLENT job of having stock available, even with the distribution strike. I can imagine it has not been an easy task! Always a great experience. Happy this is our neighbourhood shop. Everyone that works there is always helpful and pleasant. Thank you Shay, Justin, Ashley and Ramona…Great job team! Keep smiling😊
Polite and helpful. .my review is based on them bringing in their political views of the LGBT++++COMMUNITY. their safe space sign...I'm tired of people pressing views that should not be in ANY Institution or in a store...it makes me shop elsewhere. Also don't like the unprofessional clothes that some employees wear. Unfortunately I won't be back even though they are in my community.
I visited Higher Path in Lumby on June 15th 2025. The man who helped me, Justin, is the best! He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me a fantastic recommendation. I will definitely be back just to be able to buy from him again. If I could give more stars, I would. Thank you Justin!
I've been to a few dispensaries in the area, and this one stands out—mostly because of the staff. Justin helped me out and honestly made the whole experience 10x better. Super knowledgeable without being pushy, laid-back but professional, and actually listened to what I was looking for instead of rattling off the usual suggestions. You can tell he knows his stuff and genuinely wants to help you find the right product, whether you're brand new or a regular.
Also, rare to find someone with that kind of patience and good energy—especially on a busy day. Definitely ask for Justin if you want a smooth, helpful, zero-pressure experience.
So glad to have a place in town with knowledgeable, kind and courteous staff. Justin is amazing, always sweet and always helpful! Shay is fun and a great team leader and Ashley always has a smile on her face. You couldnt ask for better staff! Thank you higher path and Justin for your help! ❤️
