Terrible customer service. Came in the morning. 10:30am. The attendant, old white lady was rude. Probably racist. Could not be courteous, asked for i.d which we presented and still went on to ask us to leave cause she couldn't understand what courtesy greeting is. Avoid.
Great place to get your cannabis goods. Staff are very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about products. I was helped by Mikyla with her recommendation on strain based on my wants and budget and narrowed it down to a few options for me to choose from. Management treats their employees well. Great job Famous Flowers 😌
Just have to say that Mikayla is top notch! Super knowledgeable and absolutely stellar customer service. Hands down will go to this location just to buy from her. 🙌🏻
I will admit I like a more current package date on my flowers as then I hope for it to be a bit less crumbly. Went to the Hamilton road shop around two on Friday afternoon. 04/17/2026 Explained what I was looking for. The lady was not very helpful and I had to keep just looking on her sight then she would go back and tell me a date. One was packed in November. Didn't suggest a different one. Didn't look to see what she might have. I assume didn't want my sale. My husband has been a loyal customer on Saturdays for quiet some time. But I guess shatter doesn't matter
