Have been shopping here for quite a while and am always impressed by the selection,prices and professionalism of all the staff. Omar has made great product recommendations and like the other staff whom I am banking on their names, are always pleasant and nice to deal with. One of the best dispensarys in the city!!!
I cannot say enough good things about The Herbery. Every time I visit, I am greeted by an incredible team of staff who consistently go above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service.
What really sets this location apart is how knowledgeable the staff are. They know their products inside and out and are always happy to answer questions, make recommendations, and help customers find exactly what they need. Their product knowledge is second to none.
I also greatly appreciate how they are always looking out for their customers. The staff regularly let me know about sales, promotions, and ways to save money, which shows they genuinely care about providing value rather than just making a sale.
The atmosphere is welcoming, professional, and friendly, and I have never had a negative experience at this location. Every visit has been consistently positive, and that speaks volumes about the quality of both the staff and management.
If you're looking for excellent service, knowledgeable staff, great products, and a team that truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend The Herbery. They have earned my loyalty, and I look forward to every visit.

I am not one to go out of my way to leave bad reviews but considering last few times shopping here have been extremely unpleasant I felt there needed to be some insight here. I am not a fan of the new short manager with the glasses. He seems extremely competitive when it comes to sales. Not sure if its a commission based store but I like to hear all budtenders suggestions.
Bearded fellow is very unfriendly and pushes stuff on you you don't want.
They advertise a product but when you get there, they are out.
Too many other places with friendly and knowledgeable staff to go to.
