This is by far my favourite dispensary in London. The customer service is honestly unmatched. Gray, Ashley, Viki, and the gentleman with glasses (I'm so sorry I don't know your name!) are all absolutely amazing.
They always take the time to listen to what I'm looking for instead of just recommending anything. If I don't end up liking a strain, they're more than happy to help me find something different that actually matches my preferences. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure customers leave happy, and they never make me feel rushed or like I'm asking too many questions.
Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and always goes above and beyond. They remember what I like and put real effort into helping me find products that work for me. That's something you don't find everywhere.
Thank you all for consistently providing such incredible service. You've definitely earned a loyal customer, and I recommend this location to anyone looking for a dispensary with staff who truly care.
The staff is very friendly and helpful very into getting your money but I read a post where their price match if it exceeds 10%, they don't do it and you're right I've never heard of a partial price match that's why I up and I left and went back to the guy who had the cheaper weed
I went there with a price match and got denied because the price match was over 10% off. Never heard of a partial price match or close to a price match offer. Very disappointed with the misleading "price match".
Absolute garbage customer service, and zero accountability for there products. Come here if you're happy with garbage products and horrible service. If you have ANY issues at all with anything your SOL and they try to pass buck on there supplier while you wait with nothing.
