1000% recommend coming to Canna Cabana! All locations in Lethbridge are amazing, have wonderful prices and even better service, but Southgate is my favourite!
I recently went in and was warmly greeted by both Craig and Cameron. Both were extremely personable and helpful, Cameron especially so with his extensive knowledge on the products and kind demeanor. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for!
I am forever a loyal member to Canna Cabana! 😁
Craig was super nice and helpful. Great attitude and very speedy. I only go once in a while so sometimes there's often employees I've never seen before, but I've always had a good experience at this location. :)
This is my absolute FAVORITE cannabis store. The prices are great and the service is always fantastic. One employee in particular, Sadie - always recognizes me and my partner when we come in, and does her best to help us choose the right product, and goes above and beyond like remembering our preferences! I literally only ever go somewhere else if this location is closed. Sadie is awesome! Southgate Canna Cabana is awesome! :)
Craig at Canna Cabana in Lethbridge absolutely deserves a five-star review. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. He took the time to explain different products, answered all my questions without rushing, and made great recommendations based on what I was looking for.
What really stood out was his professionalism and positive attitude—he made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. You can tell he knows his stuff and actually cares about customer satisfaction. It's rare to find service this good, and Craig definitely sets the bar high.
If you're heading to Canna Cabana, I highly recommend asking for Craig—you won't be disappointed!
