Very friendly staff! NEVER feel rushed! They are super professional, very kind, very patient and explain things extremely well! Even the security guard is very nice and welcoming! And don't get me started on the product variety & quality… 💚

I've been shopping at sqdc since 2019 and honestly I've always liked this store. The older employees and the security guards are amazing, professional and welcoming. But the newer employees recently hired are a completely different experience. No customer service, no energy, and they look bothered when you talk to them. Sadly, it's not even the first time this has happened. The store is still great overall, but the customer service has definitely gone downhill recently :/
