usually my go to store, all the other staff are awesome BUT the lady with short blonde that was working tonight was so unhelpful and just rude.
i go in there consistently and i've never ONCE heard a staff member tell customers to just "pick what's in the display case because i can't find anything" while actively not even looking for the products that we want. there were 3 people in front of me that were told the exact same thing.
absolutely ridiculous. all the other staff jump at the opportunity to help and get you the product that you WANT, but she just couldn't be bothered.
I had to show that my cartridge didn't work by smoking it in front of the manager, despite showing the lack of air flow & her hearing it, as well as me voicing I would not like to drive home *under the influence;* I was told that is store policy. Somewhat wild.
It would be savvy to know the product you're selling requires airflow to be used. My cartridge was eventually exchanged after being treated like a liar.
Truly the best dispensary in Kelowna. You guys go way over and above - thank you so much for your thoughtfulness. You did make my night :')
Would recommend. I ordered online and they delivered! It was 7:20 and I tried to order it for 7:30-8 but wouldn't let me, so I did 8-8:30 and it got here a bit after 8:30. Overall still a good service and the joints are good. Got the strawberry tsunami diamond infused pre rolls!
Always polite and informative aka they're good at what they do...great prices as well!! Never had a problem or issue coming here!
