Convenient location. Friendly staff.
After visiting this store for years because of its close location to my home I've finally had enough. On multiple occasions the staff has been rude to me, both in the cannabis section and the front checkout. My last visit I went to the cannabis section to buy some product and the women behind the counter's body language and energy shifted so dramatically when I approached the counter, she was literally frowning at me. She was short and impatient with me while I explained what I was looking for. The customer service in this store is abysmal. People should look elsewhere if you're looking to have a pleasant experience.
Good selection of alcohol and also sell cannabis if thats for you. Staff are friendly.
Excellent service very knowledgeable
I have been a regular customer at this NSLC location for many years, and most of the staff are friendly, professional, and helpful.
Unfortunately, I have had repeated negative experiences with one specific employee (a Filipino male staff member). Whenever he is working, I am consistently the only person asked for ID, even when other customers — including younger Canadians — are not asked.
I fully understand and respect NSLC's ID policy and have no problem showing my ID. However, this employee knows me as a regular customer and continues to single me out every time, which feels intentional and humiliating, especially when it happens in front of family and friends.
Because of this repeated treatment, I no longer feel comfortable shopping at this location.
