Great customer service and explained everything I needed to know about the product i was purchasing. Walked out being a happy customer. 10/10 would recommend!!
So their budtenders are not knowledgable at all. They like to push what sells. The store sells these highly dangerous vapes espeically VG Platinum series. These vapes have a known issue where the oil clogs and there is massive Spitback with molten temperature liquid. Even though this is a known issue the store still recommends it and sells it. I wish I knew this before hand or the budtender advises me. Even if you go back to complain they don't even bother giving you an in-store credit or refund since you opened the product. A PRODUCT THEY TESTED AND VETTED AND DECIDED WAS SAFE TO SELL AND LIE TO CUSOMERS BY PRAISING THE PDOCUCT.
Store does not stand behind it's products. If you care about actual return policies and customer being taken care I highly advise vising another store entirely. What a waste of my money. Not going back here again.

Always amazing service and knowledgeable staff. One Plant is my ONLY go to spot in Georgetown!! Many of their staff have made very good recommendations to try different products and it's always worked out well.
I recently discovered this location visiting bulk barn. I was greeted by Andi who was very helpful and friendly. I had a great conversation about products I prefer and was able to get good insight on items she recommended to try.
