Always friendly and helpful
As I got out to look if the door was unlocked because your sign says you're open, It was a lie you have deceived myself and someone else who has left a note. Do better.
Good service and very knowledgeable
Absolutely horrible customer service experience . Bought a defective vape cartridge from here , brought it back with all packaging and receipt ect and was told "there is nothing we can do about it " . Any other pot shop honours replacements on defective cartridges, but because cannaB3 "isn't corporate" according to the employee , means they can't do anything . Will not be purchasing from here ever again considering there is no buyer protection . Rant done thanks .
Its an amazing store with a great variety of products and amazing prices. 10/10 would recommend you visit this small establishment
