I asked one of the sales clerks to recommend a flavor of distillate. I had mentioned i bought a maple flavored one there a few years ago. She straight up said no they'd never had a maple flavored one there ever. Which is weird because its the only place I've ever bought stuff from the whole time I've been living in Edson which had been 4 years up until this time. She stood there and argued with me. I finally got fed up and just picked one so I could just leave. What happened to the customer always being right? I will never be setting a foot into that store again. Ive never had anything like that happen to me before where a sales associate actually stand there and argues with a customer. Gross.

I had a fantastic experience at Canna Cabana! The moment I walked in, I was impressed by the beautiful layout of the store everything is well organized and easy to find. I had a bit of trouble setting up my account, but the lovely ladies at the front were incredibly helpful and friendly. They walked me through the process with patience and a smile, making it such a pleasant experience. Their customer service truly stands out! I highly recommend Canna Cabana if you're looking for a great selection and an even better shopping experience. Thank you for all your help!
Some of the staff are good Jan21st i had an awesome experience. Some are not so good the staff the night of January 22 at 6pm were very bad they were very disrespectful and I wasnt very impressed. I will probably not go back unless there are different staff members. Very disappointed she had glasses brown hair and wearing leggings try a different profession not in service industry.
