Super happy with the service and the knowledge of the staff and their experience plus super friendly staff. love this store 10 stars if possible 😎
Went to this store today at 9:30am (i come here every couple days) and when i went in the lady comented on my friends parking job and told me she wouldnt serve me until he parked properly. I told her i just needed a pen and she told me i can go somewhere else because i wasnt willing to walk back out of the store to tell my friend to park better before getting my stuff. Dont bother shopping here there is a value buds accross the street that doesnt have parking attendant.
Dec 26/25 decided to check out their online inventory & it was quite interesting. I placed a mobile order which was easy but what was strange is I didn't get a notification to tell me it's ready. The inside of the store is actually pretty nice & how the products are on display, definitely not a fan of the prices through but they do make up for the by having good deals/sales (hence the reason for me stopping by & placing a mobile order)
Will consider going back to see what the next experience will be like
I went today around 7pm to grab some cannabis and the door was locked even tho the sign says open. The guy inside finally opened the door after almost 30 minutes and he said he was in washroom. While I saw 2 guys in there. Plus he was giving me an attitude saying I was ridiculous. What a great customer service I got today. I would love to change my starting cus I'm a regular there and I always get the great customer service.
