If there would be no star i wiuld give that. Its worst storeni ever visited never visit this dtore guys. They will spoil ur whole mood . There was one black gurl or boy idk he showed us so much atyived never even replied to thnk hou or something . Please avoid hoing here.
Cashier# 201795 working on Saturday April 11th AM shift was not helpful and just grumpy. Corrective action required.
She was using as little language as possible to make sure we felt unwelcome and got out of the store. Very rude and was unresponsive to my pleasantries.
On a much less important note, the dog water dish was gross and when we mentioned our dog did not want to drink the water, the staff member pretended not to hear us so she would not have to fill the water dish.
I hope you find staff that are happy to come into work ASAP since this location would be really convenient.
I came in looking for a specific product, which was unavailable (this is fine and not influencing my review as it has been very hard to find anywhere in the city). When I asked about similar alternatives, and was met with a blank stare and no response. To try and find an alternative, I explained that I get anxiety from some cannabis products and the specific type of product I was looking for. This again was met with a blank stare and no response.
Feeling uncomfortable asking anything further, I eventually just purchased a random product. The entire experience was unwelcoming and disappointing.
Great customer service overall the management as well as the manager has done a great job of showing me the right products every time I come in. Another employee named Matthew is very kind always greeting me when I come in at highly reckon this establishment
