What a great store The staff is so helpful and willing to spend time answering all and any questions you may have about their product I would recommend this store to anybody that new to the game and needs information on the various products they stock.
I had the pleasantry of dealing with cooper today and it wasn't very pleasant too be quite honest, apparently my stutter seemed funny too him and when I told him my number for my account and was stuttering while doing it cooper instead of clarifying with me what my number is said "well that's kind of too many numbers to have for a account with us" and when I told him the name of the account Instead and he pullled up the exact same number I mentioned I just felt absolutely disrespected and the matter of the fact that all it would've tooken cooper was 2 seconds to clarify what my number was instead of making me look silly in the store.
Been multiple times at this location they forget to add the points for the return of packages… Yesterday 8 packages and no points. So make sure you ask them if they did their job correctly at the end of the transaction.
Same as every other VB I've been in. Good staff, good prices
they never ask for your rewards card so I go somewhere else.
