I always look forward to shopping at Aurora because of D'Andria. She's so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about helping people. She's incredibly knowledgeable, never makes you feel pressured, and always goes the extra mile to make sure you leave happy. She's the main reason I keep coming back, but the rest of the staff are always friendly and helpful too. You'll be in good hands!
Cool setup for a store. Knowledgable friendly staff. Provides a great selection with many varieties and some nice discounts on certain products.
Was a good place, and i honestly don't mind getting out my id and showing it but when the staff is rude for no reason kinda grinds my gears. It went like this…. "I was looking for general admission edibles", the kid says to me "you know what I want? Your id" then he says to me "I'm just matching your energy" I'm like what energy? I was asking if you had something, I had no energy but right after that I was bringing smoke! Anyways, little dude there is the rudest customer service worker I have encountered and will not be going back funny thing is after that he was trying to be nice and say oh you get 10% off…. I legit felt like telling him to shove it…. I would take full price for some good service any day!!!
I'm still happy with my review. I'd like to mention a few staff members who have been exceptionally kind and made my experience more enjoyable. Jared and Tanya are two of the most memorable ones.
Aesthetically pleasing, staff members are kind and resourceful (s/o to Oliver!) and they have an additional merch store which is a bonus. Solid experience and very convenient and accessible to get to.
