My boyfriend and I have been coming to FOUR20 on Whyte Ave for a long time, and Quinton is the main reason we keep coming back. He's incredibly knowledgeable, always takes the time to answer our questions, and never makes us feel rushed. He makes us feel comfortable every time we come in and always recommends products that suit what we're looking for. His customer service is outstanding—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Decent service I guess, just can't figure out why it's so hard to set up loyalty stuff properly, I've been in there twice since my birthday on the 6th wondering why my discount hadn't been given only to find out the first time they didn't even put my birthday when I gave it to them. Second time said oh an email should be coming and now it's days later without one received. So it it just laziness to not set it up properly or like what the hack😂
Jada and quintet were very informed and helped me make the right decisions for the best "high" for me
