Sold me a faulty pipe. People here were unknowledgeable.
Place is an absolute joke. Was asked for my ID so I gave my ID and a secondary piece being my bank card. She said she could not except it because it's not government issued ID then goes to say "I don't look 30 and my ID is fake. I just took my selling it right course and I know ALL the laws and regulations not only that but I've been a bar tender for over 10 years now I know proper legal ID. She proceeded to talk down to me and treat me as a child. I go there almost daily and this is the first time I've ever seen her working in there. Absolutely disgusting customer service I won't ever return. I did how ever get amazing proper high end service from green gear just down the street!
I love this store, excellent prices and knowledgeable staff
Not up to par with locations in Vancouver, honestly. Staff wasn't particularly knowledgeable and did not give the impression they were personally interested in cannabis culture. Felt like I was buying weed from my mom.
Also, they don't have an all in one clipboard menu of their flower products, explaining it'd be too much work to update regularly, but lower mainland stores do, with a lot more product and a lot more foot traffic. Sounds like a lazy crew, honestly what I'd expect from Cranbrook actually, so way to live down to expectations! 😂
