I was served by "Curtis" tonight, this guy should get a raise guys. In general one plant is expensive than others around but guys like this will make it upto it with their service and quality here is good.
I had a few experiences with him in the past and he is so sweet.
Today though its almost closing and I entered the store being very hesitant, even though I can visibly see he is tired, ofcourse its the day end.
He didn't let it reflect 1% on what he is doing or made me uncomfortable.
He served me like he just opened the store with a huge smile.
I've been to OnePlants before, this one had a really sleek layout with amazing pipes and pieces on display. Our budtender was so kind and patient as we came right in at 9am! Solid weed store, great staff.
My wife and I visit One Plant all of the time because of how amazing the customer service is, especially by Curtis. He always goes above and beyond, he knows the product, and he's just a genuine and kind person. We think that all the staff there are fantastic but there's something extra special about Curtis.
Best bud buying experience ever! I came in asking for one breed and was provided with four options for ideas for something different. Ended up with Pure Sun farms Pink Rhino it is amazing! Loved the different options and choices, super happy with the help buying today, thanks Curtis!
I have been a customer with one plant for a few years. I went in this afternoon to grab something quick so I wouldn't have to cycle back later in the day. When I was greeted and validating my I'd, another customer came in behind me and cut right through without verification. He said he was sorry for cutting but would be quick..as they had a cab waiting. Then proceeded to give the employee a list of things they were coming to get and that it was a lot.
I had to turn around and leave. I was upset there was no first come first serve. I was upset by the way I was left out by the employee with no acknowledgement of me or my time as a customer.
This has left a sour taste in my mouth and I'm not sure I will be back. With the competition being as high as it is, I may as well take my business elsewhere.
