I mean the products I got were great. I just had such an odd experience with one of the staff here. I'm assuming they ID everyone at the door. Which I'm totally fine with because I'm 36. So I made a joke at the front saying, "I'm telling everyone I got ID'd" because when you do at 36, you're like sweet. I look young. It was a joke because I know they ID everyone. Well the young man snapped at me telling me that I can speak to his manager if I'm upset about it. I was so thrown off. I tried to explain that as a woman showing her ID at 36 is a compliment. Anyways he didn't understand. Which made the checkout real awkward. Ha.
Maybe just steer clear of jokes in this place 🤪🤪
Been coming here for almost 3 years and I have always had great service. I have a low tolerance and can always find products that work for me. Their displays always look so awesome and the store is always clean. I really appreciate how kind the staff is and I hope they know how much they are appreciated. Thank you Spirit Leaf team :)
The staff was very helpful. I am still figuring this stuff out and they were kind enough to not treat me like a newbie. I found exactly what I was looking for, thank you!
They said they price match but wen showed them the price they stll said no. Waste of time I'll be going to the other store that gives me the better price. Its a small town and these shops go under all the time.
Spiritleaf almost always has the stuff I'm looking for at good prices. They also price match. I love that I can bring my dog in with me and that the staff give her a little "cookie"when we visit.
