Best cannabis store in Cobourg, they have the best deals and the best staff. Always super friendly and helpful. Cheyenne is my favourite bud tender! Always greeted with a great smile.
I wasn't to sure what i was gonna get at first cause I dont usually use thc, but 1 of the bud tenders was super helpful with explaining some of there low cbd supplements with low thc that helped my sleep drastically without feeling drowsy the next day. I had an excellent experience with Rachael. Her professionalism stood out right away, she was friendly, approachable, and took the time to really understand what I was looking for.
What impressed me most was her knowledge. Rachael clearly knows her products inside and out, and she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand without ever feeling overwhelming. She offered thoughtful recommendations tailored to my needs and made sure I felt confident in my choices.
It's not every day you come across someone who combines expertise with such genuine customer care. Rachael made the whole experience smooth, informative, and enjoyable. I'll definitely be back thanks to her outstanding service.
I come here at least once a week and feel right at home. the staff is consistent and unbelievably kind. the other day I came in quite upset after learning some bad news and Catt not only helped me find my product and checked me out but she hugged me and gave me the reassurance i truly needed in that moment. I feel really respected coming into the store and appreciate how kind and wonderful the staff is!
