I only come here because its close to my house but some of the female budtenders are honestly so rude and make customers feel like they're inconveniencing them. i hope they learn customer service through the male budtenders as they are more welcoming and helpful.
Avneet and her team at Gramsterdam are amazing! Such a great friendly store and the staff know their products. Great selection and prices! A must visit store if you haven't already!
I'm here at the shop today where I ran into a couple people that helped me and I was also able to grab a 5% discount for first time buyer and also was allowed to write the review to be served at 10% discount with this company. When it comes to customer service, the workers here are exceptionally and extremely passionate. This will be my brand new dispensary for the foreseeable future. ABSOLUTE PLEASURE TO BE A CONSUMER OF GRAMSERDAM! STAY LIT!
