Great place, they've got a better selection of the top shelf carts that I like. Iris Labs, Tribal, 454... all the best. 100% would recommend based on service and pricing.
Huge shoutout to John at Pepe! He was so kind, respectful, and helpful while teaching me all about their products. It's rare to find customer service this good these days. If you go to Pepe, definitely look for John!
A fantastic store with knowledgeable staff and cozy atmosphere. The best prices in Burlington. Everyone is quite welcoming and friendly and they allow dogs to come in!
I've been going to Pepe for a few months now and have had a positive, 5-star experience every single time.
I have interacted with a few different people and they have all been very friendly and helpful.
Just recently I went in and asked a bunch of questions about their topicals and Malcolm was a wealth of knowledge and recommendations. He was patient and explained everything in a way that didn't make me feel silly (I was asking some pretty basic questions because I'm still learning). He took his time to explain them then gave me time to browse and make my decision. I didn't feel rushed, judged or anything except welcome in the store! When I asked for his name (because I knew I wanted to write a review) he also asked for mine. It's the little things that make a difference!
Can't wait to grab some merch one of these days and rep Pepe!
